Social advertising campaign “Read books – be the personality!” dedicated to engage young Russian population reading books has been
launched this autumn by a big publishing house “Eksmo”. 5 Russian celebrities
participated in photo shoot which resulted in several posters borrowing biting slogans
linked to the names of well-know classic books, such as “Martin Eden” by Jack
London, “A hero of our time” by M. Lermontov, etc. Posters appeared in Moscow,
St Petersburg and other big cities of Russia.
Posters, slogans and campaign itself has moved very fast to other media and social networks and is now subject to active discussions.
